We respect creators. Users may only download content they own or have permission to use.

Nabreel does not host third-party videos. It processes links that users submit and temporarily relays files that the source website already serves publicly. Our Terms of Service forbid using the Service to infringe copyright, and we act on valid complaints.

What we can do

• Block specific links, posts, accounts or entire channels from being processed by the Service.
• Suspend or terminate users who repeatedly infringe.
• Remove any temporarily cached copy (these expire automatically within about 15 minutes).

Removing the original content from the platform where it is hosted must be requested from that platform.

How to send a notice

Email support@nabreel.com with the subject "DMCA notice" and include:

1. Your name, organisation (if any), postal address, phone and email.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) of the content on the source platform that you want us to block.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was blocked by mistake or you have the rights to it, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the blocked URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was blocked by mistake or misidentification, consent to the jurisdiction of your local court, and your signature.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid notices will be terminated.
